Waste To Energy

The ABA gasification process can reduce landfill bound wastes to produce an output stream of syngas with a heat value of approximately 18,000 BTU's per kg.  By converting no/low cost municipal solid waste (MSW) feedstocks into clean, renewable electrical power, extremely low return on investment periods are possible, improving with scale.

Minimize

Clean Coal

ABA Thermal Reduction Units offer a more economical and future proof solution for 'clean coal'.  The process virtually eliminates the production of fly ash and allows for the safe consumption of low quality and highly contaminated coal.  The ABA Process will help protect against current and future EPA/Global mandates for both fly ash and combustion contaminate emissions.

ABA Process Output Options

1)  Power Generation - Electrical power can be produced both by combusting syngas and from recovering the heat generated by the creation and combustion of the syngas.

2)  Synthetic Natural Gas Production (SNG) - Methane formation can be encouraged through internal ABA Process modification and external equipment. Methane is the primary component in natural gas.

3)  Liquid fuel productionMore complex gaseous and liquid fuels can be fabricated from syngas through Fischer-Tropsch (FT) processes.

4)  Bio-Diesel, ethanol, etc. - Syngas also serves as a rich feedstock for most organic fuel producing biochemical processes.
